Sportsman DPE
The Sportsman DPE has the same simplicity of operation and performance-proven dependability as the Sportsman E, but with room to place flash units between print stations. Sportsman DPE’s eight printheads and 18 stations enable users to flash between each printhead and still print up to eight colors. Sportsman DPE has a maximum print stroke length of 72 cm (28.5″) and a standard image area of 41 x 46 cm (16″ x 18″). Sportsman DPE’s maximum image area (without flash cure units in place) is an impressive 76 x 72 cm (30″ x 28.5″). All models feature servo-driven indexers, electric printheads, and multiple print-stroke capability.
Sportsman EX
M&R’s Sportsman EX automatic textile presses offer exceptional value and quality. Sportsman EX is available with a maximum image area of 41 x 46 cm (16 x 18 cm). This model features electric printheads, servo-driven indexers, multiple print-stroke capability, and a new color touch-screen interface with graphical displays and icon-based labeling, simplifying press operation anywhere in the world. Also included are onboard self-diagnostics and a real-time production data display.
Challenger II
Challenger II is M&R’s high-performance automatic textile press. Designed for quick setups and high-speed production, it’s loaded with time-saving, output-enhancing features. Challenger II is available with a 50 x 70 cm (20 x 28 cm) maximum image area. This model features servo-driven indexers, electric printheads, and multiple print-stroke capabilities.
Long Table
36 units of reinforced steel long tables are available in the Robby Rajasa Jaya. For specific designs that require manual techniques, the long tables are extremely reliable. Equipped with custom-manufactured boards, both coated and enhanced, this results in very stable, smooth, and level garment screen printing media.
Curing Machine / Dryer
The curing machine is a compact, powerful gas-fired dryer with a conveyor belt designed to cure a wide variety of substrates. This dryer is designed to cure all types of screen-printed, digital-printed, and other coated products. The unit itself can be set up to 180 degrees Celcius, depending on the requirement. The system itself is equipped with an air circulator that recirculates heated air through the heat chamber, providing an efficient and balanced curing process.
Heat Press
The pneumatic heat press is a machine engineered for the fixation and improvement of the final product. With the application of heat and pressure for a preset period of time on the substrate, both softness and color fastness increase significantly. Semi-automatic and automatic heat presses with the capability of reaching over 240 degrees Celcius are available in the production line of Robby Rajasa Jaya.
